Karin and A.J.’s Mohonk Mountain House Vow Renewal

Karin and A.J. decided to celebrate their fifteenth anniversary by having a Mohonk Mountain House vow renewal ceremony at Mohonk Mountain House. Rev. Diane help them to create a ceremony that was meaningful to both them and their four children. It was a wonderful ceremony and clearly was as meaningful to their children as it was to them. Amy & Frank’s Mohonk Mountain House Wedding

Amy & Frank’s early fall wedding at Mohonk Mountain House was a perfect Catskills wedding. It was threatening to rain all day but the weather held off so the ceremony could be outside. It was a beautiful wedding in the garden. During the reception there was quite a thunder storm, but they say rain on your wedding day is good luck. Please enjoy the photos below.

Nick & Fran’s Mohonk Mountain House Wedding

Nick and Francine chose Mohonk Mountain House for their destination wedding. I had a chance to meet them a month or two before the wedding when they visited Mohonk to do a tasting and work on the wedding details. They have three girls who are awesome, and their youngest is the same age as my son.  That day, we got the chance to get to know each other while we walked around the property. When their wedding day came, I had a great time photographing not only the bride and groom but also their beautiful family. Below are some of my favorite photos from the day.

Mohonk Wedding Photographer – Maria & Tim’s Mohonk Wedding

Maria & Tim’s Mohonk wedding was unique in many ways. Maria was seven months pregnant (and she looked fantastic). The whole wedding was only ten people including the bride and groom. I was just Tim’s family since Maria’s family is in Italy. It also happened to be Tim’s parents fiftieth wedding anniversary and they just so happened to have honeymoon at Mohonk fifty years ago. The other thing about Tim’s family is that they’re musical. Very musical. Tim’s mom is a pianist, and though Tim claims that he and his sisters are amateur singers, they’re actually pretty amazing. I also shot video for this wedding too so it’s nice to be able to go back and hear the many songs that were sung during the ceremony. Below are some of my favorite photos from the day. I hope you’ll enjoy them as much as I enjoyed being there.

Shadow Lawn Wedding of Amanda & Keith

Shadow Lawn Wedding in High Falls NY

Amanda and Keith’s Shadow Lawn Wedding in High Falls was one of the best times I’ve ever had shooting in High Falls NY. And I live in High Falls so that’s saying something. It was the first time I shot a Shadow Lawn wedding and I was overwhelmed with beautiful photo opportunities (which is a good problem to have). I just kept shooting and I’m super happy with the results. All of Amanda and Keith’s details came together to create Shadow Lawn Wedding that was memorable and uniquely their own. The flowers were from The Green Cottage and were amazing. The catering was by Main Course in New Paltz NY and the food was great! They live in Brooklyn and their guests traveled to the Hudson Valley wedding from all over. I’m sure everyone had a great time since it was one awesome party. Hudson Valley Product Photographer – Natural Cosmetics Photography

As a Hudson Valley product photographer I’ve been lucky enough lately to be doing some Hudson Valley product photography for Kiss My Face. In case you don’t know, Kiss My Face is a natural cosmetics company located in Gardiner, NY. I’m thrilled to have them as a client because I believe in their philosophy and they happen make great products. If you care about what you put onto your body and into the environment then check them out. You can find their products in health food stores and through their website. Below are a couple of photos from my first shoot with them. This is their olive oil soap, which is great. I chose to shoot it on a wood surface to emphasize the natural qualities of it. Next is one of their gift baskets available through their website. I photographed a number of these and had a fun time styling them.
