Twin Lakes Wedding
Jillian & Charles had a perfect Twin Lakes Wedding in Upstate NY. They’re from New York but they live in Colorado so they booked me from across the country. We finally had a chance to meet and take some engagement photos at Twin Lakes Resort over the summer. We had a great time and they were totally laid back and very into each other. An engagement shoot is a great way to get to know your wedding photographer and for them to get to know you. I could tell that their wedding was going to be awesome.
And their fall Hudson Valley wedding was awesome. They didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony so I did some photos of the groom and his groomsmen and then some photos of her with the girls once everyone was ready. The ceremony by the lake was gorgeous. It was officiated by Puja Thomson and the piano was played by Alex Mazur. We did some family photos and bridal party photos by the lake. I kept the bride and groom for a quick portrait session and then get them back to the party with their guests.
The rest of the night was a blast. There was a photobooth by Broadway Photobooth that was a hit. Everyone had a great time eating and dancing the night away. It was a great Twin Lakes wedding. But don’t take my word for it. Check out the photos below!
