I met with Susan and Jonathan in April to do an engagement shoot at her parents house in Millbrook so I would have an idea about how their Millbrook Wedding photos would be on the day of the wedding. The grass was still dead from the long winter and there were no leaves yet on the trees and I have to admit that I was a little worried about the wedding day.
Fast forward two months and it was the most amazing day with perfect weather and an absolutely gorgeous setting. With wedding planning by Danielle from Every Little Detail Wedding & Event Planning every little detail was indeed covered. Flowers and decor by Kamilla’s Floral Boutique in Millerton NY were exquisite.
There was a welcome reception before the ceremony since everyone was from out of town. The Ketubah signing and the Jewish wedding were officated by Rabbi Hirshel Jafffe and the ceremony as beautiful and heartfelt. Susan looked amazing in her mother’s wedding dress. The cocktail parties and reception were catered by Swoon Catering from Hudson NY and the food was amazing. Finally dancing continued into the night to the sounds of DJ Sparber from NYC. It was an amazing celebration for a couple of amazing people and a day that no one who attended will soon forget. Here’s some Millbrook wedding photos for your viewing pleasure.
